Dear Commencement Guests,
The Commencement Ceremony on June 24, 2023, will begin at 09:30. Due to the expected traffic congestion towards the Ceremony Area before the start of the ceremony, we kindly request our guests to be present at the service departure points in the parking lots at 07:00 to avoid being late for the ceremony. Otherwise, you may not be able to reach the ceremony area on time due to the traffic.
The main ceremony will take place with a large group of graduates. Therefore, we strongly urge you to be present at the Ceremony area no later than 08:45 and follow the instructions of the staff.
On the day of the ceremony, private vehicles and commercial taxis will not be allowed on campus, except for disabled vehicles. If you arrive by commercial taxi, you can disembark at the campus entrance and proceed to the ceremony area using the shuttles available at the entrance.
For guests arriving without vehicles, free shuttle service will be provided from Hacıosman Metro, West Campus, and the Campus entrance starting at 07:00.
A limited number of vehicles can be accommodated in the parking areas.
Free transportation to the ceremony area will be provided from the parking lots via shuttles.
Streets surrounding the West Campus area are also available for parking.
